Question by John R: Is there a FCC regulation that restricts companies from proffering eminent speed I-net service cheaper than others?
ATT called me and said that the FCC free trade rules prohibit them from offering 6MB internet service for only $ 20 a month. They stated they would love to do so but they are restricted to only selling it at certain prices ( $ 100 a month in this case ) by the FCC regulations. Are there any much regulations that prohibit them from offering a service at a much lower price and if so can you state me where to happen information on it.

No. loose market is in play. Call around to your other latent service providers and get their info. you can also name the Public utilities division and inquire them this question directly or email them. I am bound ATT will have some way to wiggle out of it. tagger
